I had an amazing time at this hotel. The location was excellent, with a great view of Mount Fuji from my room. The staff were friendly and helped me find a delicious local restaurant. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch, and the hotel had great facilities, including a well-equipped kitchen. Parking was available, which was a plus for me, and the hotel was close to transportation and the station.
Nothing to fault.

During our romantic escape, we stayed at a hotel with stunning views of Mount Fuji. The bed and covers were clean and soft, making it the best place to relax after a long day. The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding areas and we were able to enjoy a peaceful and quiet stay. we loved the fact that laundry services were available, and we never lacked towels and water in our room.
One of the things we didn't like during our stay was the lack of meals offered at the hotel. It would have been great to have access to at least coffee and bathrobes, especially in the mornings.

As a family with little ones, we found the location convenient enough to walk from the station. The provided bicycles were a huge plus for quick trips to the store. The room was immaculate with a simple yet elegant design that made the stunning view of the mountain stand out. The small kitchen area and utensils made our mornings run smoother.
While the room was lovely, it would have been nice to have the option of coffee or breakfast service available.

The location was simply breathtaking, with scenic views as far as the eye could see. We enjoyed waking up to a stunning sunrise and clear views of the majestic mountain. The spacious and modern rooms were a plus, with a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The complementary information pack and 4k TV with built-in Chrome cast made our stay even more enjoyable.
The hotel's remote location was a bit of a downside, as we had to drive there and navigate through dimly lit areas which was not so easy. the absence of staff was notable, with only a few available for check-in and no one around to assist throughout the stay.

The all-round minimalistic design of The Garden gave us a luxurious and at-home vibe during our trip to Japan. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, and the view of Mount Fuji from certain rooms was stunning. The bed and covers were clean and comfortable, and we loved the cozy feel of the room.
